Reveal promotional image of Hatena anime ☆ Illusion

In the show "Hatena ☆ Illusion Magic" of the "Anime Japan 2019" event held in Tokyo Big Sight, a new promotional image was revealed and two sketches for two characters of the anime Hatena ☆ Illusion, based on the series of light novels by Tomohiro Matsu ( †) and Kentarō Yabuki.

Hatena ☆ Illusion by Tomohiro Matsu (history) and Kentarō Yabuki (art) and was launched on November 21, 2014 and was published until November 25, completing four volumes and 32 chapters. The serialization was in charge of the Dash X Bunko printing company of the Shūeisha publishing house. In the event "Anime Japan 2017" it was announced that the novels will inspire a series of anime.

The history of light novels is unfinished since the publication of its last chapter in 2015 due to the death of the author on May 2, 2016 due to an illness (liver cancer).

Synopsis
The series focuses on Makoto Shiranui, a boy who travels to Tokyo to become the apprentice of Mamoru Hoshisato, a magician famous throughout the world and friend of his parents. Since he had seen a show by Mamoru and his wife Maive, he had dreamed of being a magician and thanks to the friendship of his parents and wizards, Makoto is a childhood friend of Kana (nicknamed Hatena and daughter of Mamoru and Maive).

At present, Tokyo has a wave of robberies by a beautiful thief and yet despite this, Makoto decides to go because he feels calm to be close to Hatena. However, when he arrives at the Hoshisato residence, an enchanted mansion, he realizes that his relationship with Hatena has changed.
