Hataraku Saibou's second season will premiere in 2021

Through a promotional video, it was revealed that the second season for the animated adaptation of the manga Hataraku Saibou will premiere in January 2021. The David Production studios will again be in charge of the animation.

The first season premiered in July 2018. For her part, Akane Shimizu began publishing the Hataraku Saibō manga in 2015 in Kodansha's Gekkan Shōnen Sirius magazine. This manga has received numerous recognitions, the most important being having been considered in the ranking of the 2016 edition of Kono Manga ga Sugoi! Magazine, by the Takarajimasha publishing house, recognized as the seventh best manga recommended by male readers. In addition, to date the manga has sold more than 1.5 million copies on paper.
