One Room, anime short episodes with Kantoku designs for January

From the SMIRAL label (Anitore Ex, Makura no Danshi) have opened a website to announce the production of an original anime short episodes that will be titled One Room and that will be released in January in Japan. In April will also premiere a spinoff of said series that will be titled Room Mate: One Room side M.

Kantoku (Garakowa, Hentai Ouji) will be the original character designer for One Room, while Yasuhiro Okada (Magical Girl Lyrical Nanoha) will adapt these designs to anime. Typhoon Graphics (part of the animation production of Digimon Adventure tri) will be in charge of animating the series. Eiji Mano is responsible for the original story, while Aose Shimoi writes the scripts. Takashi Sakuma is the executive producer. Hiroki Matsumoto of Atelier PLATZ will be in charge of the artistic direction, being Chieko Hibi responsible for color and Shun Tokuda the editor.

One Room will be broadcast in Tokyo MX and can be viewed online via Niconico, counting the series "three stories happened in a room".

Room Mate: One Room side M will tell "another story" but with male characters. For this will be Hidari (Sasami-san @ Ganbaranai, Fractale) who designs the characters
