Ryukishi07 plans to release the new installment of its series 'Naku Koro ni' in 2017

The game doujin creator Ryukishi07 has revealed in the official twitter account of his doujin circle 07th Expansion that already his plans for 2017 include the release of the next title of his series Naku Koro ni. In the creator's words, his plans are to create something "completely different" from Higurashi no Naku Koro ni and Umineko no Naku Koro ni.

Higurashi was released in 2002 in the Comiket, being a novel visual of mystery and suspense that is developed around a series of murders that take place during the annual festival of a quiet town of interior. Umineko in turn was launched in 2007.

Both works have generated several spinoffs and adaptations, including animated.
