The anime Violet Evergarden Kyoto Animation will be able to be seen via Netflix
Since Kyoto Animation have announced that their anime Violet Evergarden can be seen via Netflix in all over the world. The series will be issued in Japan from January, reaching the rest of the world already in the spring of 2018.
The anime adapts the novel of the same name work of Kana Akatsuki and Akiko Takase (illustrations).
The characters presented are:
Yui Ishikawa as Violet Evergarden, an “Auto-Memories Doll” and newcomer to the Postal Service CH. Seeks to learn the meaning of some words that Gilbert said to him when they were in the army.
Takehito Koyasu as Claudia Hodgins, a former army officer who founded the Postal Service CH. His good friend Gilbert confided to Violet.
Daisuke Namikawa as Gilbert Bougainvillea, an officer in the army to whom nothing seems more precious than Violet.
Aya Endo as Cattleya Baudelaire, a “Self-Memories Doll” who works in the Postal Service CH. He was a good friend of Hodgins before working here.
Kouki Uchiyama as Benedict Blue, employee of the Postal Service CH. It is an old acquaintance of Hodgins, so that is quite the edge since he started working.
Taichi Ishidate will be the director under Kyoto Animation, Akiko Takase will be responsible for the character designs and animation direction, and Reiko Yoshida is responsible of the scripts. The opening will make it TRUE.
The novel won the first prize in the category of novels of the fifth edition of the Awards Kyoto Animation in 2014, marking the first time that a work was getting the award in any of the three available categories (novel, screenplay, and sleeve). Its first volume was released in December of 2016.
