The japanese chain Metele close their block of anime Sunday after 40 years
From the chain, Nagoya TV (Metele) have announced they will close their block of anime Sunday next September, replacing it with a new block of news from October.
The block has been in operation for 40 years, but in 1998 it changed its hours to Saturday afternoon. The first series that was issued in it was Muteki Chojin Zambot 3 in 1977, that was the first anime produced entirely by Sunrise. The Mobile Suit Gundam original was the third title of the block and given its success with the models and figures, since then the block has housed many series associated with lines of toys like Dinosaur King or Battle Spiritis.
Among his latest broadcasts are Heybot!, Kirakira Precure to the Mode and the series of real image Uchuu Sentai Kyuranger and Kamen Rider Ex-Aid. Kamen Rider Build is intended to take the place of Ex-Aid the next 3 of September, while Heybot! account with Metele on your production board.
