Yoshikazu Yasuhiko, the author of Gundam: The Origin, confirmed in a screening of Mobile Suit Gundam: The Origin V: Loum not Kaisen Saturday that “there will be more” of the animation project. Yasuhiko said that he wants the anime to adapt the Arc of the War a Year with its next phase, but clarified that there is no official confirmation on if the series of films will continue at the completion of the Arc of Loum with its sixth episode.

Yasuhiko participated in the event along with several voice actors, issuing this to several of the theaters that projected the fifth film in its first day.

The length of the story is not as to take it as a joke“. I said that the team of the movies feel the same way about it.

Mobile Suit Gundam: The Origin V: Loum not to Kaisen, was premiered last Saturday in 35 cinemas japanese and will be screened for four weeks. The second episode, and end of the Arc of Loum, Mobile Suit Gundam: The Origin VI: Tanjo Akai Suisei, to be released on may 5, 2018 and is, for the moment, the final episode of Mobile Suit Gundam: The Origin.
