Reveal new promotional image of the anime Fruits Basket

The official site of the new animated manga adaptation of Natsuki Takaya,
Fruits Basket revealed today a new promotional image and three new
cast members along with the design of your character.

The new anime will completely cover the story of the manga and will debut in the

April on the channels TV Tokyo and TV Osaka, and will feature a cast and staff

completely new at Takaya's request.

For its part, Takaya published the original manga of Fruits Basket in the magazine

Hana to Yume from the Hakusensha publishing house from 1998 to 2006. An adaptation to

Anime was released in 2001 but did not cover all the manga events.

Cast and Staff

New cast members include:

Rie Kugimiya (Taiga in Toradora) as Kagura Sōma.

Makoto Furukawa (Saitama in One Punch Man) as Hatsuharu Sōma

The cast members revealed above include:

Manaka Iwami (Teresa Wagner in Tada-kun wa Koi or Shinai) as

Tohru Honda.

Nobunaga Shimazaki (Shido Itsuka in Date A Live) as Yuki Sōma

Yūma Uchida (Ash Lynx in Banana Fish) as Kyo Sōma

Yūichi Nakamura (Gray Fullbuster in Fairy Tail) as Shigure Sōma.

Atsumi Tanezaki (Chise in Mahō Tsukai no Yome) as Arisa Uotani

Satomi Satou (Wendy Marvell in Fairy Tail) as Saki Hanajima..

For the part of the staff they enlist:
Yoshihide Ibata (Pikaia !!, FLCL Progressive) directs the anime in the
TMS Entertaiment studies.
Taku Kishimoto (Gin no Saji, Haikyu !!, 91Days, Hanebado!) Is in charge of
the composition of the series.
Masaru Shindou (Macross Δ, Oregairu) is in charge of the design of

characters.
Natsuki Takaya is an executive supervisor.
Synopsis
After a family tragedy turned her life around, the student of
Tohru Honda prepares to face the issue with his own hands and
mute ... to a tent!
Unfortunately for her, she establishes her new home on the grounds
belonging to the mysterious Sohma clan, and it does not take long until the

Owners discover their secret.
However, at the same time that Tohru discovers that the family will be offered to
