Original TV Anime 'Tokunana' Announced

An official website launched and announced an original TV anime series. Titled Tokunana: Keishichou Tokumubu Tokushu Kyouakuhan Taisakushitsu Dainanaka (Special Crime Investigation Unit - Special 7), the anime is slated for this fall. Main staff and cast members have been revealed.

A long time ago, there are many living things in this world, such as elf, dwarf, vampire, homunculus, and human. Dragon is on the top of the hierarchy. Long time has past and dragon has disappeared, so the ones left chose to live together, and appearance became not different from the humans. In the year 2x19 in Tokyo. It is a present time where everyone think it became peace, but that doesn't mean there is no crimes. These crimes are caused by a group of people called Nine, who admires and wants to obtain the dragon's power, and plans to change the current world. Police formed a unit consists of various experts to fight against Nine. The name is Special Crime Investigation Unit - Special 7, a.k.a Tokunana. These individuals have abilities that surpasses normal people, to the extend that there's rumor such as rebellion or those only useful for eating. A rookie Seiji Nanatsuki entered the unit. Being teased by other members with colorful personalities, he challenges to solve cases involving Nine with his brightness and straightforwardness. Will he be able to find his justice from the difficult cases?
