Yoshino Origuchi, the author of the Monster Musume no Oisha-san light novels posted a "volume 0" photo of the novels, revealing that the anime adaptation will premiere in July.
Origuchi publishes light novels since 2016 and has six volumes to date. A manga adaptation by Thomas Kanemaki has been published in the Comic Ryu magazine by Tokuma Shoten publisher since 2018.

Synopsis
