The official website of Kadokawa's Monthly Comic Cune magazine has revealed the Mitsuki anime manga adaptation of the manga Hinako Note.
Takeo Takahashi (Rozen Maiden, Spice and Wolf) will head the project. Toru Kitahata (Haganai NEXT) will direct the anime under Passione. Tatsuhiko Urahata (GATE) will oversee the scripts, while Kazuyuki Ueda (Kiniro Mosaic) will be in charge of adapting to the anime the character designs and will act as animation director. Yukari Hashimoto (Sangatsu no Lion) will compose the music, while Anima & Company (Orange) will produce the series.
The story is starring Hinako, a girl somewhat shy but with the ability to attract animals. When she moves to Tokyo to live, it turns out that the place where she will stay is a second-hand book store, and there lives a girl who eats books.
The manga started on the pages of Media Factory's Monthly Comic Cune magazine in 2014 and its second compilation tome was released on August 27th.
