The novels 'Isekai Izakaya Nobu' have an animated adaptation in process

The official Twitter account of the editorial department of Takarajimasha Inc. has announced that the series of novels Isekai Izakaya "Nobu" by Natsuya Semikawa will receive an animated adaptation. The announcement is made in the reins of the second volume of the novel, on sale on December 3.

The novels are starring in the stories of a bar called "Nobu" and is located in Kyoto, Japan. However the bar has a peculiarity: it has a door that connects to another world. Thus, its clients come from two worlds and all are looking for its excellent cuisine and its alcoholic specialty.

Semikawa launched the series of novels on the web Shosetsu-ka ni Narou in 2012, beginning to publish them on paper with Kururi illustrations in 2014. The fourth volume was originally released in December 2015, and the new reissue is in pocket format. Virginia Nitohei was releasing a manga adaptation of the story at the Young Ace of Kadokawa in July 2015, the second compilation tome was released last July.
