The Youjo Senki anime reveals more cast and its main equipment

The official website of the Youjo Senki anime: Saga of Tanya the Evil, animated television adaptation of the series of novels Youjo Senki of Carlo Zen and illustrated by Shinobu Shinotsuki, has revealed more voices for the cast and the main equipment.

The cast, including the well-known protagonist, is:

Aoi Yuki will be the one to give voice to the protagonist, Tanya Degurechov

Yutaka Uemura (Dandalian) directs the anime as the first major project of the relatively new studio Studio NuT. Yuji Hosogoe (Kiddy Grade) will adapt the original designs of Shinobu Shinotsuki in the anime novels, and will also be the chief animation director, relying on Kana Harufuji in directing assistance. Kenta Ihara (Ajin) supervises and writes the scripts, while Shuji Katayama (Overlord, Popin Q) composes music.

The secondary character designs are by Hiromi Taniguchi, Takao Maki and Haruhito Takada. Taniguchi is also responsible for the design of clothing. Ryouma Ebata has designed the magical objects and You Moriyama the scenarios. Hiyori Akishino and Nao Otsu have been responsible for the design of weapons.

MYTH & ROID will be in charge of opening with "JINGO JUNGLE", whose single will be released on February 8. Aoi Yuki will play the ending of the series with "Los! The! The!". The single of the ending will go on sale on February 22.

The novels are starred by a young woman who fights in front in the war. She is blonde, has blue eyes, almost transparent white skin, and flies through the air as she mercilessly crushes her enemies. Her name is Tanya Degurechov, she has the tone of a young girl and commands the army. Tanya used to be an elite agent of Japan, but because of God's anger, she was reborn as a little girl.
