Through the official Twitter account for the animated adaptation of the manga Kaguya-sama: Love is war, a new trailer for its second season was revealed, which will premiere on April 11 under the production of the studio A-1 Pictures. In the video you can listen to what will be the ending theme song of the series which is titled "kazenifukarete" performed by Haruka Fukuhara.
The first season premiered on January 12 and this new season will maintain the cast and staff of the first. For his part, Akasaka began the series in Shueisha's Miracle Jump magazine in May 2015. He later moved to Young Jump from the same publisher in March 2016.
The manga inspired two spinoffs. The first Kaguya-sama wa Kokurasetai: Dōjin-ban manga by Shinta Sakayama was released on Shueisha's Tonari no Young Jump website on June 14, 2018. The second Kaguya-sama or Kataritai by G3 Ida was released on Young Jump on July 26 of the same year.
