The anime premiered on October 5 at 23:00 hrs. through the AT-X channel, to be broadcasted later through Tokyo MX and KBS Kyoto; and had twelve episodes. For her part, Nakamura launched the manga in Futabasha's Manga Action magazine in August 2016.

The stars of the anime are:
Haruka Shiraishi (Asirpa in Golden Kamuy) as Misha (on the left).
Manami Numakura (Narberal Gamma in Overlord) as Tsubame (on the right).
Other characters with designs not yet revealed include:
M.A.O. (Akane Eimura in Aho Girl) as Midori Ukai, the superior officer of Tsubame.
Sayaka Harada (Nozomi Takamagahara on Planet With) as Mimika Washizaki, Misha's classmate.
Shiori Izawa (Matsuri Mizusawa in Citrus) as Yui Morikawa, an elementary school girl with attitudes of gal.
Masayuki Katou (Demiurge in Overlord) as Yasuhiro Takanashi, Misha's father.
For the part of the staff they enlist:
Masahiko Ohta and Takashi Aoshima (the director and lead writer of the series Himouto! Umaruchan, Gabriel DropOut and Mitsudomoe, respectively) play these same roles in the Doga Kobo studio (Himouto! Umaruchan, Himōto! Umaru-chan R, Gabriel DropOut) .
Jun Yamazaki (Sansha Sanyō) is designing the characters.
Haruka Shiraishi and Manami Numakura interpret opening and closing themes as their respective characters.
Synopsis
The manga focuses on Misha, a girl who lost her mother at a young age, and now lives with her father. His father employs a maid named Tsubame, who was a former officer of the Self-Defense Force, and is also a lolicon.
