The tenth volume of the series of novels Shinrei Tantei Yakumo of Manabu Kaminaga revealed on March 23 that the series is entering its final arc. The 11th volume of the series was published on Saturday.
Kaminaga launched the novel in 2004. The series adapted to a live-action in 2006, as well as several plays and a television anime in 2010 with a total of 13 episodes.
The original series of novels also adapted to manga. Ritsu Miyako drew a manga series in the magazine Bessatsu Hana to Yume from Hakusensha from 2007 to 2008, and Hakusensha released two volumes of compiled books. Suzuka Oda also drew a manga adaptation separately that was published in the Monthly Asuka magazine of Kadokawa from 2009 to June 2016. Kadokawa published 14 volumes for the manga.
